Kayembe Board Book

This children's book entitled "Baby K's Big Day" will entertain young ones with adventrues Kayembe had during his first year!

On October 26, 2021, "Kayembe" (Kah-YEM-Bay) made history as the first gorilla born at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in its 139 years. The story celebrates Kayembe's extraordinary birth in the hopes of building connections with and conservation of this amazing and critically endangered species.
